EM50 DECAGON logger

Equipment:

EM50 data logger

Entries: 5 12-bit analog or 32-bit digital
Connection to sensors: 3.5mm jack plugs
Data storage: 1 MB or 36,800 data points
Battery type: 5AA Mignon Alkali or Lithium-Battery
Life time of Battery > 6 months
Housing: weather proofed and UV resistance plastic
Communication via USB-cable
there are wireless cellular and radio logger versions available

Advantages:

  • easily programmed
  • battery powered
  • weather proof
  • compatible only for decagon products
  • cheap

Disadvantages:

  • no long live time, approximately 3-4 years
